Kevin Bertram - CEO
Prior to founding Distributive Networks, Kevin served as a consultant for Opera Telecom USA, as CEO of a successful e-commerce company, as Director of New Media with the Information Technology Association of America, and as the Senior Editor and Publisher of a Gen-X webzine. In 2008, Kevin was elected to the Board of Directors for United for D.C., the charitable arm of D.C. United, and he is an active member of the Mobile Marketing Association and the elite MindShare program for D.C.-area CEOs. He is a regular speaker about mobile technology at events including CTIA Wireless, the New Media Congress, DC AdWeek, the National Sports Forum, Potomac Tech Wire's Mobile Outlook 2008, MobileMonday, MoMeMo, OffDeck USA, and the Maryland Institute for Technology and the Humanities. Kevin is the founder of the annual Wiffle By the Bay tournament, an avid board game collector, and a loyal University of Arizona Wildcat.

Jeff Lee - President
Prior to joining Distributive Networks, Jeff spearheaded the North American roll-out for iO Global, a British Telecom company specializing in mobile/ converged content delivery. Until 2007, Jeff served as CEO of the mobile content distributor and wireless solutions provider Proteus Inc., directing the company’s enterprise strategy and planning. During his tenure, Jeff oversaw Proteus’s development of an elite roster of clients (including AT&T, Sprint, MasterCard, ABC, Discovery, HBO and Fox), its groundbreaking expansion into Latin America, and the sale of the company in 2006 to 2ergo Ltd. Before joining Proteus in 1999, Jeff was a Senior Manager of Consulting Services for Ernst & Young. His thought leadership is frequently featured at wireless industry events and in the press (Business 2.0, Wired, Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, TechTV), and he is an active member of the Mobile Marketing Association. Jeff received his Masters of International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management - Thunderbird and his B.A. from Bucknell University.

Alison Bishop - SVP, Product Development
Alison joined Distributive Networks after nearly ten years at the Corporate Executive Board (NASDAQ: EXBD), with broad experience in research, content delivery, new product development, client management and sales across her tenure with the firm, serving the senior executives of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to working at the Corporate Executive Board, Alison conducted research for the Economic Studies Program at the Brookings Institution in Washington, focusing on a comprehensive analysis of the World Bank. She graduated from Dartmouth College with a double major in Government and Art History. Alison manages Distributive Networks' content team and creative strategy.

Suneela Vaidya - SVP, Sales
Suneela joined Distributive Networks from Blackboard Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBB), an e-learning company. She has a history of achievement in marketing and management, as demonstrated by sales growth and rapid advancement during her six and a half year tenure at Blackboard Inc. She created the client retention model which accounts for 40+% of the company's annual revenue. While leading Blackboard's international operations, she introduced the first multi language, e-learning platform to non-English speaking markets, opened offices in Amsterdam and Tokyo and published the first, widely adopted business plan for overseas growth. Suneela was also instrumental in integrating the client services teams of three acquired companies. Prior to Blackboard, she directed all of the marketing and public relations activities for Current Events International, a global event marketing firm based in Philadelphia. Suneela is the Academic Liaison for the Academic Outreach committee of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA). Suneela holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Richmond, where she double majored in English and Journalism.
